SPACE GALA

The Space Gala is Reinvented Inc.’s annual in-person celebration of women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). All proceeds from this event go directly into supporting Reinvented Inc.’s programs. Our first ever Space Gala was held last year, in 2022.

Saturday, November 1st, 2025 from 6:00 to 10:00 PM ET. The after party will start immediately after the formal gala is over, in the rocket garden, and run from 10:00 PM ET - 12:00 AM ET.

This event will feature music, maker activities, fabulous local beer and wine, and appetizers. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the impact of our mission and mix and mingle with amazing women in STEM who we celebrate and empower through our work. We will also be honoring a few women in STEM and diversity leaders for their efforts to ‘reinvent’ STEM fields. Then, you get to dance the night away in the iconic rocket garden at Kennedy Space Center’s Visitor Complex. This year's event will also feature many space and tech themed exhibitors all throughout the rocket garden!

All tickets are available on the Reinvented Inc. website. Tickets are only available for purchase online. No tickets will be available for sale at the door.

The two airports that are closest to Kennedy Space Center's Visitor Complex are the Orlando International Airport (MCO) or the Melbourne-Orlando International Airport (MLB). You can rent a car from either airport and drive to the venue, or rideshare services should be easily accessible at either.

No physical tickets are required. Please be sure to bring your digital event ticket and a form of ID. All guests will need to go to the check-in table as soon as they arrive. There they will receive their digital event program.

Guests are required to go through the security checkpoint at the Kennedy Space Center complex (a metal detector). To avoid lines, guests are permitted to begin arriving no earlier than 6:25 PM ET. Please note that no guests wil be allowed into the event until 6:30 PM ET.

VIP and Over the Moon ticket holders should plan to arrive no earlier than 5:45 PM ET with their entry beginning right at 6:00 PM ET.

After Party Only ticket holders should plan to arrive no earlier than 9:45 PM ET with their entry beginning right at 10:00 PM ET.

Guests can park in the parking lot at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Once you have parked, please proceed to walk to the main entrance of the Visitor Complex to go through security and check in. Additional parking instructions will be sent via email to all registered guests closer to the event date.

**Please note that it is incredibly difficult to get an Uber to pick up from KSC at the end time of the event! We strongly suggest you plan ahead and find a ride with someone else attending to ensure you're able to safely make it back to your home or hotel.

Dress is cocktail to formal, however we encourage you to have fun with your outfit. Part of this event will be taking place outside, a jacket or sweater is suggested. We are strong believers that you should wear whatever makes you both confident and comfortable!

Yes, there will be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available at the event. If you have any food allergies, please be sure to note those on your registration form when purchasing your ticket. Light appetizers will be served, alongside hosted beer and wine, during the cocktail hour and dessert will be served after the program ends.

While many of the items will be available in an online raffle, a select few items will be exclusively available to those attending the Space Gala. Check Reinvented’s social media and the Space Gala website for updates on the raffle items available.

You may only enter the raffle for our items available on our digital raffle website.

We will accept payment for donations and raffle tickets in the form of Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo, or Credit/Debit card.

All proceeds from the Space Gala will support Reinvented Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works to empower and inspire girls in STEM.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person please contact us at info@reinventedmagazine.com. Please note that there will be a $25 fee charged for any ticket transfers. If you are unable to attend and do not transfer your ticket you can rest assured that your ticket money is going to a great cause.
