What is the Space Gala?

The Space Gala is Reinvented Inc.’s annual in-person celebration of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). All proceeds from this event go directly into supporting Reinvented Inc.’s programs. Our first ever Space Gala was held in 2022.

When is the Space Gala?

Saturday, November 7th, 2026 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM ET. The after party will start immediately after the formal gala is over, in the KSCVC rocket garden, and run from 10:00 PM ET - 12:30 AM ET.

What is happening at the event?

This event will feature music, maker activities, fabulous local beer and wine, and appetizers. Attendees will have the opportunity to see the impact of our mission and mix and mingle with amazing women in STEM who we celebrate and empower through our work. We will also be honoring a few women in STEM and diversity leaders for their efforts to ‘reinvent’ STEM fields. Then, you get to dance the night away in the iconic rocket garden at Kennedy Space Center’s Visitor Complex. This year's event will also feature many space and tech themed exhibitors throughout the main venue at Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum.

How can I get tickets?

All tickets are available on the Reinvented Inc. website.  Tickets are only available for purchase online. No tickets will be available for sale at the door.

What airport should I fly into if I'm traveling to the Space Gala?

The two airports that are closest to Kennedy Space Center's Visitor Complex are the Orlando International Airport (MCO) or the Melbourne-Orlando International Airport (MLB). You can rent a car from either airport and drive to the venue, or rideshare services should be easily accessible at either.

I already purchased my tickets, will physical tickets be sent to me?

No physical tickets are required. Please be sure to bring your digital event ticket and a form of ID.  All guests will need to go to the check-in table as soon as they arrive.  There they will receive their digital event program.

What time can I arrive at the event?

Guests are required to go through the registration check-in once they arrive at Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum. To avoid lines, guests are permitted to begin arriving no earlier than 5:25 PM ET. Please note that no guests wil be allowed into the event until 5:30 PM ET.VIP and Over the Moon ticket holders should plan to arrive no earlier than 4:45 PM ET with their entry beginning right at 5:00 PM ET.After Party Only ticket holders should plan to arrive no earlier than 9:45 PM ET with their entry beginning right at 10:00 PM ET.

Where do I park?

Guests can park in the parking lot at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum. Once you have parked, please proceed to walk to the registration/check in tables. Additional parking instructions will be sent via email to all registered guests closer to the event date.**Please note that it is incredibly difficult to get an Uber to pick up from KSC at the end time of the event! We strongly suggest you plan ahead and find a ride with someone else attending to ensure you're able to safely make it back to your home or hotel.

What should I wear to the event?

Dress is cocktail to formal, however we encourage you to have fun with your outfit. Part of this event will be taking place outside, a jacket or sweater is suggested. We are strong believers that you should wear whatever makes you both confident and comfortable!

What type of food will be served?  Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available at the event. If you have any food allergies, please be sure to note those on your registration form when purchasing your ticket. Buffet dinner, light appetizers, alongside hosted beer and wine, during the cocktail hour and dessert will be served after the program ends.

What is going to be in the auction at the event?

While many of the items will be available in an online auction, a select few items will be exclusively available to those attending the Space Gala. Check Reinvented’s social media and the Space Gala website for updates on the auction items available.

Can I enter the auction if I’m not going to the event?

Accepted Answer

You may only enter the auction for our items available on our digital auction website.

What types of payment will be accepted at the event?

We will accept payment for donations and raffle tickets  in the form of Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo, or Credit/Debit card.

What do the proceeds from the event go to?

Accepted Answer

All proceeds from the Space Gala will support Reinvented Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works to empower and inspire girls in STEM.

Question 16

What if I bought a ticket and I cannot go?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person please contact us at info@reinventedmagazine.com. Please note that there will be a $25 fee charged for any ticket transfers. If you are unable to attend and do not transfer your ticket you can rest assured that your ticket money is going to a great cause.
