2021 Calendar sales have ended, but you can still donate a 2022 calendar to a classroom!
What makes this calendar so special?
We set out to create a calendar featuring the classic Princesses many of us grew up with. Too often, young girls are presented with the idea that they can be either a princess or an engineer: we are proving they can be both. Our Princesses with Power Tools Calendar is a perfect example of that-- featuring 12 incredible women in STEM and the Trades doing their work in a princess gown.
Inspired by Beauty and the Bolt's incredibly popular #PrincessesWithPowerTools program which has taught nearly 5,000 kids to use their first power tool, this one-of-a-kind calendar is back! Reinvented Magazine is partnering with Beauty and the Bolt this year to get the calendars to even more students and teachers in 2021!

Meet the 2021 Princesses

Estefannie was born on the planet Mexico and set out to find the world of the USA to start her training in computer science. As a former software engineer and scavenger, she uses her engineering skills and the power of the ohm that awakened within her to hack anything in her imagination and document it on her YouTube and Instagram channels: Estefannie Explains It All.

Once the last rose petal has fallen at the end of the workday, Caeley becomes the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Reinvented Magazine. When she’s not mapping orbits or managing a nonprofit, she can be found playing with her two fluffy dogs, running half marathons, or watching rocket launches.

When she’s not using coffee to cure wicked sleeping spells, Paula enjoys hanging out with her husband and three children, running with her dog, and traveling to new places. She was born in Brazil and moved to the U.S. at the age of 9 without knowing a word of English. Anything is possible with hard work! She wants girls to know that STEM is everywhere (even in their kitchens!) and that their voices and perspectives matter!

She uses her creations to teach younger makers how to build things that light up and move using electronics and computers. Erin believes that there’s magic in everything, especially in nature, and it’s our job to discover how it works by learning as much as we can about science and technology.
When she’s not making things, Erin enjoys reading books, having adventures, dancing, swimming in her mermaid tail, and being upside down. She also loves early mornings and dressing up in costumes with her friends.

She not only has a passion for using her neuroscience skills for good, like lifting poison apple curses, but she often shares her knowledge with others who can continue in her footsteps. She believes that advocacy, STEM outreach, and mentorship are what makes one the fairest in all the land.

Archaeologists like Samantha use all kinds of gadgets to learn about the past! This includes everything from gizmos that map artifacts with lasers, to whozits that can tell what something is made of using X-rays, and thingamabobs to 3D scan artifacts or even whole archaeological sites.
When not out excavating, Samantha loves rock climbing, playing board games with friends, and using all the power tools she can get her hands on to complete DIY projects around the house.

Sydney is a mathematician and aerospace engineer leading a team of number crunching analysts who make sure Wakanda’s aircrafts and spacecraft continue to fly and keep us safe. Sydney has designed and 3D-printed innovative repairs for any aircraft or spacecraft after an intense battle to protect and defend her loved ones.

“This calendar masterfully portrays some of today’s leading female scientists as both feminine and technically skilled. It’s important to me that we represent the multifaceted realities of being a woman in STEM today for younger students so they can grow up wanting to be smart, brave, and beautiful - like their favorite princesses with powertools!”
