Board of Directors

Caeley Looney

Editor in Chief

Caeley Looney is a total space geek, avid Netflix binger, and French fry lover.  She graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering in 2018.  Now, she works as a Mission Analyst for Harris Corporation, where she plays an integral role in the modeling and simulation of their small satellite constellations.  With her service dog, Charlie, always by her side, she is constantly working to empower more women to get involved in STEM.  She has served as the Social Subcommittee Chair for WELocal Tampa, hosted NCWIT AspireIT Programs that introduced middle school girls to robotics, and is currently the College/STEM Outreach Chair of her company's Women's Network.  Caeley also enjoys long walks on the beach (with her dog, obviously), knitting, and running.

Natalie Hahn is an aerospace engineering major at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Previously, she has interned with Rockwell Collins and The Boeing Company. One of her many passions is STEM education and outreach, which she hopes to turn into a thesis for her doctorate. Natalie has served in many leadership positions, including a three-term presidency of her school’s Society of Women Engineers (SWE) section, as a Leadership Coach with SWE, and recently she was elected to become the Coordinator-Elect for the SWE Future Leaders Program. When she’s not studying or working on the advancement of STEM, you can find her reading her favorite novels, listening to music, or painting.

Natalie Hahn

Chief Operations Officer

Erin is an Industrial Engineer at Collins Aerospace. Right now, she's working on the transition of programs from the design phase to the manufacturing floor: ensuring the programs are cost-effective, designs are feasible and reliable, and there is a clear execution and support plan in place for the program. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2018 with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and her MBA. She is incredibly involved in the FIRST Robotics program, coaching and mentoring 9 teams in 2018 and volunteering almost every weekend. When she's not volunteering with FIRST or the local school district, she's traveling; running a half marathon along the North Rim of the Grand Canyon in UT; visiting the USS North Carolina in Wilmington, NC; or visiting friends and family in the upper midwest.

Aparna Rajesh

Executive Writing Director

Aparna Rajesh is currently a junior at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North.  Armed with a profound love for robotics and chocolate cheesecake, she has taken up the position as an Executive Writing Director for the magazine and is working to encourage more candid discussion about the presence of women in STEM fields.  Aside from advocating for women in STEM, Aparna is focused on computer science in robotics and works to bring robotics to children of all backgrounds to ensure that all students of the up-and-coming generation have an equal opportunity to experience engineering and technology.  After completing her studies, she hopes to pursue computer science and to find a career in automation.

Alice Ao

Executive Writing Director

Alice Ao is a rising senior at Peachtree Ridge High School.  Whether it's with meticulous lines of code or carefully strung together words, writing has essentially taken over her life!  At Reinvented Magazine, Alice wants to channel her love of writing in helping other girls see themselves as future programmers, engineers, scientists, mathematicians, and, most importantly, the next leaders in STEM.  In her own community, she's created a chapter of Girls Who Code at her school and helped coach her former MathCounts team.  When she's not busy writing, learning, or teaching, Alice loves reading novels, watching embarrassingly cheesy romcoms, and spending time with her pet chicken, Sunday.

Lavanya Sharma

Chief Marketing Officer

Lavanya Sharma is a rising junior at North Hollywood High School's Highly Gifted Magnet program.  She has over 4 years of programming experience in the object-oriented languages C++, C#, and Java.  She is also an editor for her school's HGM Blog, where she reports about major events and general school life.  In the future, Lavanya plans to pursue a career in the STEM field, focusing on educating low-income communities and providing them with access to technology.

Vilina Mehta

Executive Writing Director

Vilina Mehta is an undeclared freshman interested in engineering, computer science, writing, and biology.  Her passion for writing began when she wrote satires and creative pieces, and blossomed as she joined her high school and college newspapers, where she writes articles ranging from opinion pieces to advice columns.  She is very passionate about diversity in STEM, and has started a non-profit summer program for girls in STEM funded by NCWIT.  She also enjoys playing the piano and flute!  As a Writing Director for Reinvented Magazine, she is excited to bridge her passions for writing, STEM, and diversity!
